Well its beginning of April 2005.  I'm back at DA...again!  i'm really happy to see this site still running and clearly the admins have got it together to make it reasonably viable financially.  

Anyhow these days i'm more a graphic designer than 'artist' (though i was never really one of those to be honest) but i still attribute all my beginnings in this career to this site where back in 2001 I posted my first photoshop piece and got 6 comments! I remember being so happy to see them all that i got incredibly enthusiastic and never looked back (well except right now).  

Looking back it was a pretty horrendous looking piece of work, but through the years i've done a few decent bits and bobs and wrote a few tutorials that were read thousands of times.  So that makes me happy.  Hopefully now that i'm back i'll get a few more tutorials out (my way of paying the community back) and a few pieces of art to relax (i work way too hard).
